Hello there,

my name is Kai and I grew up bilingually (German & Chinese) in Germany. Already during my studies I started importing various products from China and making my first experiences in dealing with Chinese suppliers.

Now, after relocating to Shenzhen China and with many years of experience, I've decided to fully focus on helping foreign entrepreneurs & enterprises to find the right manufacturer in China.

As a westerner I also share the "western mindset" for quality and attention to detail and I know how hard it can be to find the right Chinese suppliers that share these important values. If you choose to work with me I will be your single point of contact and will manage all the communication with the Chinese suppliers.

Over the past years, I have worked continuously as interpreter for foreign clients and have sourced hundreds of products for my clients and also helped to reduce their import risks as well as their overall costs significantly.

Here is a quick rundown of the sourcing process:

1) RESEARCH: Mainly on 1688.com & Alibaba or on local markets and trade shows to identify potential suppliers that match your criteria

2) SAMPLING: Narrow down around 3 suppliers for each item and present you their final quotations, samples and my recommendations. Optionally carry out on-site factory inspections/audits (in South China).

3) ORDER MANAGEMENT: Reduce your import risks by using our escrow service: We manage your money and release it to the supplier only when certain checkpoints are reached, which we control carefully.

4) SHIPPING & LOGISTICS: After the final QC we ship your products wherever you need them. Wether you're dropshipping and need every single product shipped directly to your customer or want whole containers shipped to your warehouse - I've got you covered.

No matter if you have already established contact with Chinese suppliers and just need an interpreter for the meeting, or want me to connect you with additional suppliers - I'd be more than happy to help. If needed I can also arrange a car to transfer you between airports, hotels, factories & wholesale markets etc.
