How to get on the Synotrip Tour Guide list with a PPD membership?

After signing up, you need to apply for a PPD membership to get on our tour guide list.

Otherwise, your profile will not displayed to the trippers.

 

 

Pay per Deal Membership

Instead of paying monthly or yearly membership fees, PPD (Pay per Deal) tour guides can stay on the list for FREE, but they need to pay Synotrip 15% of the service fee of each deal they get from Synotrip.

This is how it's working when you become a PPD member:

   ·  Only Synotrip's email address is displayed on tour guide's profile page for the trippers to contact (tour guide's personal contact information is not allowed);

   ·  When Synotrip gets an inquiry from a tripper asking for a tour guide's service, it will be forwarded to the tour guide, and leave the tour guide to talk and arrange the services with the tripper on their own;

   ·  When the tour is done, the tour guide pays Synotrip 15% of the total service fee as the commission (this is why it's called Pay per Deal);

   ·  As a reward, tour guide gets 15 points to their Synotrip account for each done deal when the commission is paid, to help this tour guide getting better ranking on the list;

   ·  Synotrip will randomly choose trippers to call back and check the tour guide's service and their satisfaction;

   ·  Each time when Synotrip issues a PPD membership, the validity period is one year, and Synotrip will re-evaluate the tour guide's performance and issue another year when the previous PPD membership expires; 

   ·  Tour guide will be disqualified for 3 months when they violate any agreements above; tour guide will be disqualified for 6 months if they get more than one complain in last 12 months.

 

* Synotrip reserves the right to delete the account when the user breaks the law during the service.

 

 

To Apply for A PPD Membership, You Need to Meet These Conditions

   ·  Sign up as a Synotrip tour guide and fill out all the *necessary information for your profile page (*necessary information see below);

   ·  Posted more than 10 published content (albums, attractions, articles...Check here to learn how to post content).

 

If your account meets these conditions above, please write an email to [email protected] to apply. 

 

* Necessary information

After the registration , you have to fill out all the *necessary information for your profile page, then you are ready to upgrade your account.

* Necessary information includes username, profile photo, location, tagline, about me...and upload your tour guide license or ID card as a CERTIFICATE.

How Can the Trippers Contact Me

With a PPD membership, it will be Synotrip's email as the contact information on tour guide's profile page, so when a tripper emails Synotrip asking for a tour guide's service, the inquiry will be forwarded to the tour guide directly. 

 

 

How Are the Tour Guides Ranked on Tour Guide List

Tour guides are ranked by the points they earned in the past 12 months. Tour guides can earn points by posting content;

As a reward, tour guide gets 15 points to their Synotrip account for each done deal when the commission is paid, to help this tour guide getting better ranking on the list.

 

 

Check Your Membership Status

   ·  STEP 1: Login and go to your profile page

   ·  STEP 2: Click "Membership" on the tabs

 

 

You can see what kind of membership you are holding and when it expires.

 

 

Reminder Email upon Expiration

   ·  The system will remind you of the expiration one week before and when your role changes;

   ·  If you haven't logged in more than 90 days, you will be off the list as "inactive" and taken off from tour guide list. 

 

 

Synotrip Reserves the Right to Delete or Block User's Account When the User

   ·  Harass other tour guides or trippers;

   ·  Get a serious complaint from the tripper;

   ·  Broke the local law.

Pay per Deal 会员

取代月付/年付会员制度，PPD会员在导游列表上展示是免费的，但当导游从Synotrip获取订单，成交后需向Synotrip缴付服务费的15%作为佣金。

PPD会员具体操作方法：

   ·  个人资料页面使用Synotrip的邮件地址作为联系方式，导游不可在资料页面添加自己的个人联系方式；

   ·  当Synotrip收到关于导游服务的游客询单，会直接转发给该导游，导游可和自行游客商讨服务细节；

   ·  当订单完成，导游向Synotrip支付总服务费金额的15%作为佣金（因此该会员制度称之为Pay per Deal）；

   ·  作为奖励，每次行程成交，支付佣金后，导游将获得15分账户积分奖励，以帮助该导游获得更优先的列表排名；

   ·  Synotrip将随机抽取游客回访，调查导游服务情况与游客满意程度； 

   ·  Synotrip每次发放PPD会员的有效期是1年，前期会员到期后，Synotrip会重新评估导游表现并发放新一年的会员；

   ·  导游如违反以上任何规定，将被取消PPD会员资格3个月；导游在过去12个月收到1个以上投诉，将被取消会员资格6个月。

 

* 当会员在服务过程中出现违法行为时，Synotrip保留删除其账户的权力。

 

 

申请PPD会员前，请查看您的账户是否满足以下条件

   ·  注册成为Synotriop的导游会员，并且个人资料页面的*必要信息全部填写 （*何为必要信息，请在下方阅读注解）；

   ·  发布超过10个内容（相册、景点、文章... 查看此处了解如何发布内容）。

*必要信息

注册后，你需要在个人资料页面填写*必要信息，然后才可以升级账户。

* 必要信息包括：用户名、头像、所在地、标语、关于我... 并上传有效证件或导游证作为认证资料。

游客如何联系到我

PPD会员的个人页面，只能用Synotrip的邮箱作为联系方式，当Synotrip收到关于导游服务的游客询单，会直接转发给该导游，导游可和自行游客商讨服务细节。

 

 

导游列表上的导游排名是如何决定的

导游的排名是由导游在过去12个月发布内容所赚取的积分来决定的。发布内容，赚取积分； 

作为奖励，每次行程成交，支付佣金后，导游将获得15分账户积分奖励，以帮助该导游获得更优先的列表排名； 

 

 

查看会员状态

   Â·  STEP 1: 登录你的个人账户

   Â·  STEP 2: 点击导航栏的"Membership"

 

 

在此处可以查看现在所持有的会员类型与有效期限。

 

 

会员有效期到期前提醒

   ·  åœ¨ä¼šå‘˜åˆ°æœŸå‰ä¸€å‘¨ï¼Œæˆ–会员状态更变时，系统将发送邮件提醒；

   ·  å¦‚果超过90天未登录，系统将自动将账户定义为 "inactive"，不再出现在导游列表。
