Tour Description

 Nepal involves many days of walking and unless you have a month or more at your disposal, you’ll probably manage only one trek during your visit. In any event. you’ll want to spend a few days in Kathmandu and possibly visit Pokhara and a jungle lodge in Chitwan while you are in Nepal.

Sample Itinerary

Day 1 – Arrive in Kathmandu and transfer to hotel

Day 2 – Kathmandu. City tour

Day 3 – Patan & Bhaktapur tour

Day 4 – Travel by private car/minibus to Chitwan National Park (approx. 6 hours, ). Overnight in lodge

Day 5 – Chitwan National Park – full day safari activities ( includes Elephant ride, jeep safari, jungle walk, village walk, riverboat trip – split over 2 days). Overnight in lodge

Day 6 – Chitwan National Park – full day safari activities. Overnight in lodge

Day 7 – Travel by private car/minibus to Pokhara (approx. 5 hours). Overnight in Pokhara.

Day 8 – Pokhara. Free day ( day walks & excursions available)

Day 9 – Pokhara. Free day ( day walks & excursions available)

Day 10- Travel by private car/minbus to Bandipur hill village (approx. 3 hours). Afternoon village tour

Day 11 – Bandipur. Free morning. Afternoon travel by private car/minibus to Nagarkot. Overnight in hotel

Day 12 – Sunrise views of the Himalayas. Easy day walk downhill to Pashupatinath via Boudhnath stupa (approx. 5 hours with stops). Overnight in hotel in Kathmandu

Day 13 -Kathmandu. Free day
