Tour Overview

DAY1 Zhangjiajie National Park Part A (Golden Whip Stream--Yellow Stone Village). Nightstay in Wulingyuan.

Morning, enter ZJJ National Park, then flat walk （2.5 hours) along the beautiful Golden Whip Stream for a bottom-viewed trip of the Avatar World, appreciate the sounds of nature. Afternoon, climb 2837 steps or take cablecar up to the top of Yellow Stone Village for a circled hike (Small one:30mins,Big one 1.5 hours) to enjoy the gorgous scene of sandstone peak forest from different angles. After that,go down to mountain foot for the transfer to hotel.
                                                      
DAY2 Zhangjiajie National Park Park B (Yuanjiajie--Yangjiajie--Tianzi Mount.)  Nightstay in Wulingyuan.

Morning, enter ZJJ National Park, then take the world highest sightseeing Elevator (Bailong) to Yuanjiajie Area, which is the main background of Movie: Avatar, for 1 hour sightseeing trip. After that, bus to its neighbor--Yangjiajie, the bandit area in the past time, for a 1.5 hours wild hike on a narrow path to Tianbofu,where can see the Nature Great Wall, After this trip, continue to Tianzi Mount  for the  panorama of the most spectacular view of sandstone peak forest. go down by cablecar to the mountain foot. then transfer to hotel for overnight. ( Need to take elevator and cablecar to make all these areas  be visited in a day)

DAY3 Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon--Yellow Dragon Cave.  Nightstay in Wulingyuan.

Morning, drive to Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon for a relaxing and fun valley trip, meanwhile, experience walking on the world highest and longest glass bridge above the canyon. Afternoon,  visit Yellow Dragon Cave for amazing inner world tour(3hours).

DAY4 Baofeng Lake--Sitting Dragon Gorge, Nightstay in Sittng  Dragon Gorge

Morning, visit a pretty Lake called which lies high on the mountain top, walk up or take VIP  bus to the dock, then enjoy the great view of Avatar mountain on water by a boat trip, and listen to the Tujia folk songs from the youngs on wooden boat trip. then drive out of Zhangjiajie into deep mountains for a fun adventure in Sitting Dragon Gorge, experience hiking with1.5 hours iron chains in a narrow valley, end up at a Tujia village where could have nice local food and homestay

DAY5 Furong Town--Dehang Miao Village--Fenghuang. Nightstay In Fenghuang.

Morning,leave Zhangjiajie for Furong town,which is the background of a famous old movie holding the same name, it's aslo the 1 of 4 greatest old town in Western Hunan,enjoy it by light walking. Afternoon, head to beautiful Dehang Miao village for a culture visit, take a 2-3 hours hike trip  to Flying Sand Waterfall or Questioning Sky Platform. After that, drive to Fenghuang ancient town. Night, sit by the Tuo River on the bank or in a bar to enjoy the beautiful night scene of it.

                                                 
DAY6 Fenghuang Ancient Town Tour.  Nightstay in Fenghuang.

Morning, Visit Fenghuang ancient town, 1 of 10 most beautiful ones in China. Get to the local history and stories by visiting the scenic spots in the ancient part of Fenghuang. Afternoon, Free time on your own and enjoy with it.

Day7 Fenghuang--Laodaowan Gorge--Tianmen Fox Fairy.  Nightstay in Zhangjiajie Downtown.

Morning,drive back to Zhangjiajie, Afternoon, visit Laodaowan Gorge by hiking up with waterfalls all the way, experience the super exciting zipline and fun slide tunnel. Night,watch the incredible "Tianmen Fox Fairy" backgounded with the real magnificent Mt.Tianmen--be touched by this dreamlike local love story told for centuries.

DAY8 Tianmen Mountain--Tujia Folk Park--Sandstone Painting Gallery.

Morning, fly with the world longest cablecar to the top of Mt.Tianmen, then hike in a loop to enjoy a different spectacularity of Karst Landform most on the scary cliff, and try the exciting glass skywalking plank if you dare, then take the world longest mountain escalator to the Tianmen Hole (Heavenly Gate) for a close look, go down to bus and drive on  the incredibly zigzag mountain road to the Mountain foot. Afternoon,pay a culture tour to Tujia Folk Park  to  appreciate the interesting culture and world highest stilt wooden house of Tujia Minority. Then conclude this wonderful tour by being dazzled by  the unique local art called "sandstone painting" at Junsheng Sandstone Gallery.Happy Ending.
