The Cool Docks used to be former Shi Liu Pu pier, which was a legend of Shanghai.

Shi Liu Pu pier has never been an independent pier but a non-standard general term for a number of piers during different historic periods. During late Qing Dynasty and the republic of China, this place had become the top dock in the Far east and transport hub and Trade center.

 But now cool docks is the combination of the arts, culture , business and trend in Shanghai.
