There is a small long-distance bus station on Tai’an Lu (泰安路) just on the east side of the old train station (soon to be new train station).  Ask a taxi driver for "lǎo huǒchē zhàn".  Here you can find regular buses to nearby cities including Yantai, and Ji’nan.

There is a larger bus station located on Guanxian Lu (冠县路) a few km north of the Old train station.  Ask a taxi driver for "xiǎogǎng kèyùn zhàn".
