the way of Cooking  hot pot still is an old skill in Sichuan, a popular choice for the dinner when evening comes in Chengdu.
Eating hot pot is different from that of traditional Chinese food, which means you dont need take the cooked food on the table,

 but prepare some semi-finished dishes on the table; and then all those semi-finished dishes should be put in the pot by the eaters on theier own. And the eaters need control the cooking temperature. the ingerdient  should be put directly in the pot while cooking. Typical hot pot dishes include thinly sliced meat, leaf vegetables, mushrooms, wontons, egg dumplings, and seafood. Vegetables, fish, and meat should be fresh. The hot pot in Chengdu can be very spicy because almost everyone lives here loves spicy. But there is also a choice of non-spicy hot pot.
