My family of 5 have booked Michael for 8 days. He was very helpful and considerate as we have 3 young kids travelling with us. Not all the tour guide can tolerate and be patience with so many young kids. Therefore, I would recommend Michael to anyone who wish to travel to Shanghai especially with kids. Besides, he tried to accommodate with all our needs and tried to make us as comfortable as possible during the tours with him....read more

(International calls are expensive) He is the most recommended tour guide and he knows anything about Shanghai.

I would highly recommend Michael as a tour guide and driver. We booked Michael last weekend and had a great experience for the group us going on a two day out of town trip. He was professional, courteous, and friendly when accommodating the needs of our group. I would book him again for future tours and have recommended some friends to Michael that will be visiting in November.

As an avid traveler visiting tens of countries every year, I want to emphasize the fact that MICHAEL - who was my one day tour guide provided an outstanding service that impressed me to the maximum. The knowledge he possess regarding Shanghai and moreover regarding the Chinese culture, the English level and the professionalism he has is a rare thing to encounter. The idea of having the tour on a scooter was awesome! I will definitely contact him again once I am back in Shanghai and will recommend him to all my friends planning to visit Shanghai going forward.

We recently used Michael for airport transfers and a short afternoon tour and were very satisfied with his services. Very easy to communicate with, nice van, great English and very fair prices. I will definitely use him for future trips and highly recommend him.
