Walk the city- This is a great advice for any new to a city, but it is especially important for Tainan City. Tainan City has more awe-inspiring attractions than maybe any other city in Taiwan. There are no words to describe sites like the oldest city in Taiwan, but we want you to come away from your visit to Tainan having also experienced it’s rich culture, mouth-watering cuisine, and wonderful people.

Highlight:
1. Chihkan Tower (★★★ Michelin Green Guide): Chihkan Tower was built by the Dutch for defense in 1653. The most extraordinary historic objects are the stone turtle tablets,the inscriptions are in parallel Chinese and Manchu.
2. Grand Mazu Temple (★★★ Michelin Green Guide): It was the first official Mazu Temple built and the only one ever listed historically in the official record of rites.
3. Sacrificial Rites Martial Temple(★★★ Michelin Green Guide): This temple, along with the Confucius Temple, is known as one of the oldest and best-preserved temples in Taiwan. the 66-meter length and the deep rose-coloured wall and the tablets “Da Zhang Fu” are the most well-known treasures.
4. Confucius Temple (★★★ Michelin Green Guide): The first Confucius Temple in Taiwan, built as the highest academy by Koxinga during Ming Dynasty.
5. Wei Jun-bang Sculpture Studio, Wu Wan-Chun Incense House, Kuang Tsai Embroidery Shop…: Century-old shop
6. National Museum of Taiwan Literature, Old Tainan Police Station, Land Bank of Taiwan: Architecture during Japanese occupation period.
7. Fujhong Street: It features authentic Tainan street food and lots of design shops.

2. Clients must arrive at the designated meeting point 15 minutes prior to the scheduled tour time. Late arrivals will not be able to catch up with the group and no refunds will be given for those who arrive after departure time.
3. The itinerary is subject to change due to availability and your preferences.
Things to Bring:
1. Since we will walk for a couple of hours, please bring a bottle of water.
2. While the area is very flat please make sure to wear comfortable shoes.
3. If rain is in the forecast we recommend that you bring an umbrella as we will be outside for most of the tour.

Cancellations made 3 weeks prior to the scheduled tour date are fully refundable. Tours run regardless of weather conditions.
