Xi'an, the capital of Shaanxi Province, was called Chang'an in ancient times. It is situated in the central part of Weihe Plain. The city is bounded by the Weihe River in the north and the Qinling Ranges in the south. As one of China's seven ancient national capitals, it served as the capital for 12 dynasties spanning more than 1,000 years. Xi'an therefore, has a great number of precious relics and historical sites. More than 4,000 historical sites and tombs have been excavated and over 120,000 historical relics remain unearthed. The main tourist attractions include The Terra cotta Warriors and Horses, Big Wild Goose Pagoda, Small Wild Goose Pagoda, Huaqing Pool, BanPo Site, Stele Forest, Great Mosque, QianLing Mausoleum, Famen Temple and Maoling Mausoleum. Xi'an was the starting point of the Acient Silk Road that extended from Asia to Europe and played an important role in cultural inter flow between the East and West in ancient times.

--Xi'an Stone Stele Forest Museum : With 900 years of history, this treasure house holds a large collection of the earliest stone steles of different periods, from the Han Dynasty to the Qing Dynasty. All together, there are 3,000 steles and the museum is divided into seven exhibition halls, which mainly display calligraphy, painting and historical records. All of these record some achievement in the development of the Chinese culture and reflect the historical facts of the cultural exchange between China and other countries.
--Xi'an City Wall: It is a major landmark, and the best preserved, as well as the oldest and largest of the city defense systems in China
--Shaanxi Historical Museum: The large-scale modern State-class museum, is situated at the western side of the "Wild Goose Pagoda" in Xian City. It covers an area of about 70,000 square meters, the architectural area of which is 55,000 odd square meters. It was completed on June 20, 1991 and open to the public.
Day 3  Emperor inspection tour (takes one hour get to the Museum)

--Banpo Site: Banpo is a village that existed some 6,000 years ago near Xian in the Shaanxi Province of China. Night life:Evening Show at Tang Yuegong: The show that presents the palace dances and sings in the Tang Dynasty when Xian was the capital of ancient China.

Day 4  Xi'an to   Mount Huashan Tours

--Huashan Gate: Huashan is famous for its precipice, located in Hayin city, Shaanxi province. It is one of the noted Five Mountains in China, and once called the West Mountain in ancient times. The mountain has three summits: the south peak, 2160.5m above sea level, the east Morning Sun Peak and the west Lotus Flower Peak.

Day 05:   The Huangdi Mausoleum and Han Yangling Tour

--The Huangdi Mausoleum: The Mausoleum of Yellow Emperor is on the top of the Bridge Hill, one km to the Huang County in the north, 200 km from Xi'an.It is the tomb of the Chinese people's ancestor, never to lose it.
--The Xuanyuan Temple locates at the foot of the Qiao Mountain. Inward the temple there are Shan Gate, Set Heart right Pavilion, Stele Pavilion, Audience Hall in the order of South,North, East and West. Moreover, there is an ancient-builded reception room and a showroom for cultural relics.
Han Yangling     Situated near Wei River in the northern suburb of Xi`an city, Han Yang Ling Mausoleum is the historical site designated for state protection. This mausoleum which combines modern technology, ancient civilization, historical culture and garden scenery, is built at the base of the joint tomb of Emperor Jindi and his Empress. It is the largest museum in China.Profound Han culture, exquisite relics, unique underground museum and pleasant scenery make Han Yangling Museum the most charming and attractive museum locally and abroad.

--Qianling Tomb: Built in 684 AD, the mausoleum is the joint tomb of Emperor Tang Gaozong (Li Zhi, 628 A.D.-683 A.D.) and Empress Wu Zetian (624 A.D.-705 A.D.), the only female emperor in Chinese history
Famen Temple Famen Temple is located in Famen Town 120 kilometers northwest of Xian.Famen (Buddhism Door, meaning the initial approach to becoming a Buddhist believer) Temple is famous for housing the four important Buddhist relics linked to Sakyamuni (Siddhartha Guatama) himself, the founder of Buddhism, including reputedly the remains of his finger bone. This would be the only remaining fragment of “the Sage of the Shakyas” in the world today. Although this Temple is a fair distance from Xian, it is a fascinating place with an intriguing history and it is worth making the effort to get here.
--Yangguifei TombThe tomb of Yangguifei, Yangguifei concubine of Emperor Tang Minghuang,she was regarded as the most beautiful woman in ancient China , tomb is located  on the Mawei slope is 12km to the northwest of Xingping city.
