Tour Description

Day 01: arrival NBO, meet/greet, Lake Nakuru (Flamingo Hill)

After breakfast, drive into the Rift Valley through the Northern tip to Lake Nakuru. Enjoy the huge bird concentration as well as other game while on your game drive arrive in time for lunch at Lake Nakuru flamingo camp. Afternoon game drive will doubtless offer the sight of the Lions Overnight at camp

Day 02: Lake Nakuru - maasai mara

After breakfast commence drive west past Mount Longonot and via Narok to the Maasai Mara National Reserve to arrive for lunch at the respective hotel. Afternoon game viewing drive. Dinner and overnight at Mara Sopa lodge.
Masai Mara sopa Lodge is located on the slopes of Oloongams Hills; it is one of the first lodges to be built in the Masai Mara Game Reserve. Guests are drawn to this lodge built in an ethnic design, surrounded by a rich landscape, covered in fauna, from huge desert cacti to sweet smelling jasmine flowers, all within the fabled Masai Mara game reserve.

Day 03: Masai Mara

Early breakfast then proceed for a full day of tracking game with your guide in this park whose landscape is savannah grassland on rolling hills. Virtually every type of animal is found in the Mara, which has an extensive road, and track network, which allows excellent photography and viewing opportunities, making it the best and most visited park in Kenya. We will cater for a picnic lunch at the hippo pool. In the evening, drive back to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Afternoon option game drive or nature walk with our Masai guides; at extra cost you may visit a local Masai village to see their nomadic lifestyle. All activities will end in the evening then retire for the night after dinner at the lodge.

Day 04: Masai Mara – Amboseli

Drive from Masai mara through Masailand to Amboseli National Park at the foot of snow-capped Mt. Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest mountain (250km, 4½ h). Arrive at your lodge in the afternoon with lunch enroot. In the afternoon go on your first safari drive in the park. Amboseli is best known for its unrivalled views of Kilimanjaro, and its large elephant population. Sentrim is situated in one of Amboseli’s areas of Acacia woodland, with the majestic backdrop of Africa’s highest mountain, and the World’s highest free-standing mountain, snow-capped Kilimanjaro. Game drives, walks, sundowners and bush meals take place both inside the Park, and within the camp’s private 30,000 acre game concession. Sentrim Camp’s tents are all large and spacious, with elegant en suite bathrooms. There is a main lounge, bar and dining area, all exquisitely built with natural materials and thatched roofs, with magnificent views of Kilimanjaro. All meals and overnight at your lodge, Amboseli Sentrim Lodge.

Day 05: Amboseli - Nairobi (Red Court)

Early morning game drive with a visit to Masai village return back to your camp for Breakfast. After breakfast, game en-route out off Amboseli and drive to Nairobi arriving in time for lunch. Lunch at carnivore afterwards drop off at your hotel.

Day 06: Departure via Karen Blixen and Giraffe Centre

Karen Blixen Museum and Giraffe Centre: Drive towards Ngong Hills by passing the Ngong village to the Karen Blixen Museum of the 'Out of Africa' fame, which was for many years her home. Later proceed to the Giraffe Centre to view and feed the famous Rothschild's giraffe which is an endangered species from a specially constructed viewing - platform. After this depending with your flight schedule, you will be taken for lunch then to the airport to catch your flight back home.
