Detail Itinerary:
09.00: Car and Local guide pick up from your hotel to start Hanoi city tour, drive to visit Tran Quoc pagoda, the most ancient pagoda in Hanoi, which was built from 6th century beside the Red River’s bank. The pagoda later moved to the present location to avoid the flooding. Understand about Vietnam Budhism and workshiping custom as well as local’ believes.
10.00: The next destination of Hanoi city tour is Ho Chi Minh complex, including Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum – the final resting place of the Vietnamese great father or uncle Ho, President Ho Chi Minh’s stilt House – where he lived on and off from 1958 to 1969, the next place to move to is One Pillar Pagoda – a group of structures consisting of a pagoda and a tower built in the middle of a square lake and Temple of Literature -the first college of Viet Nam dedicated to Confucian. Have lunch at a restaurant.
PM: After lunch, continue to visit Museum of Ethnology – the most interesting museum in Hanoi with many different things relating the 54 Vietnamese ethnic groups,
Walking in the Old Quarter to see the local lives is the most interesting part of Hanoi city tour, we will go through the local market and very narrow, long building in the Old Quarter. You may enjoy a cup of traditional Vietnamese coffee or some glasses of local fresh beer at Happy corner.
