Filband is a dreamy dazzling village and one of the highest bungalow villages of Iran that is located in Mazandaran province near Babol city and about 2300 meters above sea level. It is known as the roof of Mazandaran province, as like as a Watchtower, there is a vast area under your eyes.The climate variability, beauty of nature, Colorful houses, strange and spectacular landscapes is attractive in Filband Village.On most days the clouds take a lower altitude than the altitude of the village. At such times, however, the spectators will find themselves standing high above the clouds and see the clouds as if they were an endless sea whirling under their feet. At other times, these clouds ascend further and swallow the village deep among themselves and invite the visitors to the feast of a dream, fantasy, and imagination.Nevertheless, beholding these clouds is not the only attraction found in this village. On days when the village’s weather is not cloudy and misty, still one can stand on the heights of this village to behold the farthest landscapes and enjoy them. Especially, seeing the highest peak of Iran, Damavand is astonishing.
