Heyyyy You can go up to 3650 meters by a cable car and climb the rest to the pick and enjoy an amazing view from there and go back to 3700 meters and enjoy a coffee at the Touchal Hotel
Go to Velenjak station in the north of Tehran by bus, ask for the cable cabin station.
