Despite over 30% vacancy, we were pushed to a room next to the elevator. Electrical plug in the lavatory was not functioning, Toilet (not more than 2 meters from your bed was running all night and after a single use it became totally dysfunctional. It was certainly oversold as a 5 star hotel. I've practically lived in hotels for the past 20 years and Marco Polo Hong Kong is 3 star budget hotel on a good day.

This hotel is fantasic. I loved every minute. Good location all the ameneties were close by. The room was outstanding, modern, clean, the staff were great. I even enjoyed the buffet breakfast "and you know what I mean here" The room had an ambience all of its own with different settings for romance, daytime ect. My girlfriend LOVES me now.. Thank you SAV.

It was a very nice stay. Room is comfortable with nice view. Lots of quality restaurants of good taste and variety in the neighbourhood. Location is not the best but is acceptable for a 5 minute walk to MTR. I will definitely come back. The only shortcoming is the absence of a gym in the apartment.

The stay was pleasant and the staff were helpful. Only thing which we didn't like was the pricing. The day we reached over there the prices of the room were almost half the price we booked for.Excellent. more than helpful staff . excellent ameneties.it's a older hotel with decent price at good location.
