About this place
Original built in 970 A.D. of Northern Song Dynasty, Liu He Pagoda retains her magnificence even now. It stands 60 meters high with 7 interior storeys. Looking from outside, Liu He Pagoda is an octagonal wooden structure that has 13 layers of the upturned eaves.
Liu He Pagoda is a typical example as one with front pagoda and rear hall that serve two principal parts of the Buddhist temples in China.

Liu He Pagoda is nearly 60 meters high and outside to see 13 floors tower only seven layers. Generous appearance, bearing extraordinary, tower connected by a spiral staircase. On the third level Xumizuo tower carved floral birds, beasts, Feixianguan other kinds of patterns, characterize fine. Sophisticated ideas, wonderful architecture, is a masterpiece of ancient Chinese architecture.
