【Synotrip Announcement】 Important Announcement about Bugs during Synotrip Website Upgrade

Dear Tour Guides:

First of all, thank you for your attention and support for Synotrip all the time.
In order to improve user experience and help tourists and tour guides to better communicate & interact with each other, we’ve begun upgrading the Synotrip platform. 
Due to the large number of members and data needed for processing, upgrading is quite complex and time consuming. But we will do our best to ensure that each user's data will be updated to the new site smoothly and completely.
After a few months, Synotrip will come to you with a new interface, rich contents and powerful functions!

While the site is being upgraded there may be some minor issues, such as problems logging in, information missing etc. Please forgive us for any inconvenience. 
We strongly recommend that you backup private information and review content in case of issues with missing data.
If you have any problems or errors using the Synotrip site, please contact us immediately! Our technical staff will repair things ASAP, and you will also receive a bonus of 20 to 50 points.
In order to protect the rights and interests of our users, we will pause all current premium accounts until the new website is launched, and we will postpone the validity period on the day of the new website launch.
All premium functions will work normally during this time, and Synotrip will still deal with new premium accounts opening and renewals.

Rules for paused accounts are as follows:
Category I: you opened a premium account before August 1, 2015:
① : If your premium account expires before the new site launches, you can enjoy an extra 3 months service as a premium account after the new site launches, except currently available premium account period service.

② If your premium account will expire after the new site launches, you can continue to enjoy extra 3 months extended service as the premium account after prior scheduled maturity date.

Category II: you opened a premium account during the period of August 1, 2015 to new website launching:
① : If your premium account expires before the new site launches, you can enjoy an extra 2 months service as premium account after the new site launches, except currently available premium account period service.

② If your premium account will expire after the new site launches, you can continue to enjoy an extra 2 months extended service as a premium account user after the prior scheduled maturity date.
