Free admission Xiling Seal Engravers Society is a representative of modern historic site in West Lake landscape, and is also the earliest Chinese national academic institution on the research of epigarphy, sphragistics and seal-engraving. Founded in 1904, the 30th year of Guangxu' Reign of the Qing Dynasty (1644-1911), it aims to "preserve seal-cutting and conduct research into the art".

A stele with inscription by Emperor Kangxi (reigned 1662-1723) is housed in the pavilion. Outside the pavilion a picturesque little lake extends some 30yd.  
When you travel to Hangzhou, Lingyin Temple is a must-do, it was built in AD.326 . It is one of ten most famous temples in China. But it is difficult to find good restaurant in the surroundings of LingYin Temple.
