To anyone looking for assistance while in China ..or even if you are not and think you can go it alone and just happened to find this page - CONTACT LARA!! ...seriously CONTACT LARA!!!! Lara will turn your mediocre trip into an everlasting memory. Lara is one of the most reliable, intelligent, and fun people I have ever met in my travels. Her work ethic is professionally unflawed and her energy and life is inspirational. She is always looking to give you the best options and she really cares about making your every need perfect. Her attention to detail and her loyalty to serve you really makes Lara a cut above other people. I was in China for two weeks seeing all the old sites and traditions but my REAL holiday started after meeting Lara when she picked me up from the train station. She is so easy to get on with and has a great sense of humour you will feel like you have known her your whole life. It is only after meeting Lara and spending 4days with her that I saw the real life and cultures of China. She was available for me whenever I needed her and went above what was expected to make sure I had a great time written uniquely for want my wants and interests were. Lara has left an impression in my heart that I will not forget and I will be sure to visit her any time that I am in China or passing through. She is worth far more than the price she puts on her service fee and it is easy to see that her work ethic is not driven by money but by really making a difference for her guests. Lara is a person that I have high respect for and it is great to know people like Lara are out there in this world helping and serving people. My wife and I flew into Cairo for a day on our way to Dubai. And are we glad we did. Ereen and her driver Aboud met us at the airport and off we went. First stop was the Cairo museum. Along the way Ereen shared her personal life with us. The interesting thing is, Ereen's husband is also a tour guide. It's like getting two tour guides in one. Her knowledge of Egypt was enormous. After vising the the Tutankhamun exhibit, we thought what could be more impressive. Well she showed us the pyramids of Giza. We were given ample time to visit all three pyramids and sphyx to take pictures. You can buy passes to walk into the pyramids if available. We chose to walk through Khafre. I should warn you this is not for the faint of heart. It is very demanding. The tunnel is only about 125cm tall and is about 45% down. Finally at the bottom you can stand up. Your destination is a tomb room in the middle where you can relax before the return trip up the entrance tunnel. We had great weather so our photos were spectacular. Ereen provided a wealth of knowledge about the pyramids and sphyx and Aboud knew right where to take us for some great photos. It was early afternoon by now and we were beat. But Ereen gave us several more choices on what we could do the remaining time. We chose to take it easy and have lunch along the Nile. After dinner we were given more choices on what we could do with the remaining time. It was about 3pm and we decided to head for the airport for our 6:30 flight. I'll tell you right now I'm glad we did. It took us 2 hours but Ereen and Aboud had us back at the airport for our flight to Dubai. What a great time and what a great tour team. I would highly recommend Ereen and Aboud to anyone looking to visit Cairo.

I found Jack through this website and was already positively surprised but he was even better then the reviews stated. We booked him for two days for a Hangzhou city tour and a day trip to Wuzhen. Both have been absolutely great, despite the bad weather. We provided him with a decent list of things that we wanted to do and he provided comments and advised in which order we should do it and which things would alternatively make sense. All the comments and the order made perfect sense. He even helped us as a guide and explained us various interesting things at the many sights that we have seen in Hangzhou. He was always in time and was super reliable and made sure that there was no misunderstandings or confusions. He really goes the extra mile and is ultra reliable!!! Even after a few years of travelling in China he was by far the best tour guide that we experienced so far. Will book him again this year in November.

Ms. Dorinky is a nice tour guide. She is so kind and have warm and cheerful atmosphere. I could enjoy a tour and also her talk did not make me be bored. I could enjoy the time with her so much. I did not have a specific spots to visit in Shenzhen. But her choice was nice and I could spend nice time there. When I visit Shengzhen next time, I will ask her guide again. Yangyi

Best Tour Guide Everrrrrrr. Not only did she show us around all the best sights and bring us places to eat, she was very helpful patient and kind. I will definitely use her service next time i visit Hong Kong and Guangzhou. By the end of our tour, Jenny was not only a great guide, we now consider Jenny a personal family friend. I would highly recommend Jenny to anyone I know, knowing that they will have a great time with Jenny as their guide as she did to us. Thanks Jenny :-)

My husband and I did a one day tour with Echo in March 2013. She was very obliging and friendly, and we had a really great day. I would recommend Echo if you are looking for a tour guide in Chengdu.

We booked with Miss Lara Li 06 days in Shanghai. it was a wonderful experience. she always replied promptly to emails and arranged a really good mixture of activities. she was also extremely helpful doing things for us above and beyond the call of duty such as helping us to buy a chinese SIM card (not as easy as you think!) .She is very devoted and so patient. She has always been so ready to keep our valuable things in her own handbag. We visited with her places we have never had the chance to see with other guides before. knowing all the places to go and helping us take some amazing pictures!. With Lara Li, you will surely have a memorable experience. For shopping, you are with right shopping guide and the professional bargainer. Don't worry about reading about the other guides...just book LARA LI. You will not be diappointed

My husband and I did a tour of Shangri-la with Tashi. We couldn't have asked for a better guide in Tashi. He was informative, pleasant and a joy to be around. We learnt so much about the places and the culture of the area. Nothing was too difficult for Tashi, he was accommodating and an all-around A-plus guide!

I booked a 2 day tour with Joy and it was a wonderful experience. she always replied promptly to emails and arranged a really good mixture of activities. she was also extremely helpful doing things for us above and beyond the call of duty such as helping me to buy a chinese SIM card (not as easy as you think!) and recovering a lost piece of clothing from another hotel 5km away! We visited Zhoujiajiao first...Joy was excellent here, knowing all the places to go and helping us take some amazing pictures!. in the evening she arranged for us to do the evening tour on the river...a truly memorable experience. The following day we visited the French Concession and Tian ze Fang. But it was little things like Joy took us into the food court of a shopping mall to find some genuine Shanghai dumplings, or buying street food for us to try that made the whole trip special. Don't worry about reading about the other guides...just book Joy. You will not be diappointed

Lucie is a very friendly, considerate and knowledgeable person and tour guide. My wife and I had such a great time learning the history and seeing many of the historical sites in Praha, Prague for us Westerners. We truly enjoyed our one day tour with Lucie. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a tour guide while visiting Prague Dennis/Missouri/USA
