No. 30 Wenhe Bei Lu - Near Siwang Pavillion Fu Man Lou is a great place to enjoy the Chinese dining spectacle of a steamy window, packed restaurant complete with three floors of high decible yelling, flowing baijiu, and a superfluous wait staff all under a smokey haze. At the northeast corner of the intersection is the Wan Jia Fu (万家福) department store with 5 floors of just about every product under the sun. Many products include very entertaining translations as well.

They serve pizza, steak, and other Western choices for decent prices and offer a quieter, less smoky alternative to other Chinese restaurants. If anything, the English menu will provide entertainment. Champion Pizza is located on Wenhe North Road between the two big pavilions.

The Lu Yang Guesthouse is set down an old alley which makes one feel as if they are visiting the China of a century ago.

Intersection of Guoqing and Ganquan Rds. mark the center For incredible cheap products head to the clothing and trinket store lined Guoqing (国庆路) and Ganquan roads (甘泉路). Don’t be afraid to bargain here as well. Any items normally found in Yangzhou's touristy areas can be found on these streets for half the price.
