Both visitors to Shenyang and foreigners who live here could easily pass Ma Lu Wan, literally translated as “road bay”, without noticing its existence. If you live in Shenyang, you’ve almost certainly passed it. Ma Lu Wan is basically an intersection where buses leave for several destinations around Shenyang.
