South Tower Shoe City ( 南塔鞋城 nántǎ xié chéng )

You can probably guess what they sell here. The large area consists of many stores and vendors with shoes of all styles. This place is mostly bargain-priced shoes, but higher quality shoes can be found as well. 

 

Location: Near the South Tower (南塔), one of Shenyang’s four ancient towers. The market is in the southern part of Shenhe District (沈河区) on Wenhua Lu (文化路) about 3 km east of the Wenhua Lu Interchange. All taxi drivers will know “nántǎ xié chéng”, otherwise take the following buses: 113,135,224,239,260,265
