I would not recommand to go here if you looking for an artistic establishment.
Dec 02, 2009 — GuestI will not go to this one If your looking for an inspiring artistic establishment. The gallery is very drab with gray concrete walls make you feel like no inspiring at all. There are some good ones down to Beijing Xi Roadu. But there you'll find a few smaller gallery spaces, its at the end of the road, away from the Shanghai Road intersection.

Art of paper cut!
Apr 30, 2009 — GuestI went to Jiangsu Art Gallery just couple months ago, when one of my friend came to visit me, he said he want to see some paper cut works, and i took him here, on the second exhibition room, all kinds of pictures show in front of us, but when you go closely to see, you will find out it`s all made of colorful paper and it`s paper cut.
Nanjing now still have many folk paper cut artists, they only use scissors to draw different pictures, from the simple letters to a huge of Landscape, all of the works are came from a flexible hands and a pair of scissors, how amazing it is !
