Literally a breth of fresh air, Spa Philosophy claims to be ‘the world’s only fully oxygenated spa.’ With a cutting edge German purification system pumping out the best manmade air in the city, you’ll feel refreshed before your treatment even begins. Adding to the relaxing atmosphere is an indoor waterfall and a miniature stream – which you cross via a bridge to enter the consultation area. With an interior featuring limestone, slate, bamboo, sisal, and soft muslin, every effort has been made to balance the chi. The pampering therapies are designed to further the yin and yang harmony with each connecting to the main Chinese elements of water, wood, fire, earth and metal. The treatment menu includes a Macanese original which uses cold-pressed olive-oil, a four-handed massage, a champagne sparkle treatment, and even a Godiva chocolate therapy (yum).
