Perfect!! It was my first trip to China. Planned as a business trip, but I want to have also a view to the people and the city. Janine answered on every question just in time. She is very friendly and helps before and during my trip all time. Not only at the guided time . If there was a problem I make a phone call or write a email and help is coming ! :) She did a very good job with a great flexibility (I must change the guided times during my trip) and I learnt so much about the local Chinese culture, history and ate great local food during my short trip.
All in all it was a great experience; it was much better than any typical tour company. I totally recommend Janine to anyone who's interested in getting to know an inside-perspective of Guangzhou.

Julia Janine Huang came to our rescue when we visited in February, 2012, salvaging our vacation in Guangzhou. Having spent our first 2 days with another tour guide who made us feel like we could see the city better on our own, we contacted Julia Janine. The difference was like night and day. She listened and gave us suggestions for things to do and it was very easy to establish a friendly rapport. She was professional, courteous, and has her tour guide license (which allows her to enter various sites as a guide for free) . She was particularly good and very genuine with our daughters (9 & 11 years old) and Julia Janine quickly became more of a traveling companion than a disinterested tour guide doing their job. We would definitely recommend her to anyone who wants to visit and learn about the city of Guangzhou and hope to see her if we visit Guangzhou again.
I was fortunate enough to hire Janine during my trip to China. She was very prompt in replying to my emails and answering any of my questions. She was also happy to assist with researching specific information I required. She is also very easy to get along with.
