This place is somewhat of a longstanding legacy. Having been around for over 10 years, they have had a lot of practice and have mastered what they do. Apart from a few subtle changes, the place hasn’t really changed since they first opened, and that is a good thing. There is an eruditely selected wine list, there are steaks that are cooked to perfection, and a selection of tantalizing seafood. The décor is fairly posh (but not pretentious) with dimly lit corners, dark browns, and moody spotlights focusing on artwork created by patrons over the years (they used to provide crayons and drawing table mats). Of course one can’t forget about the tweak bar encompassing a selection of drinks behind and a selection of the day’s fresh iced seafood on top. A great place to take a date or have a business lunch.
