Red symbolises love and romance. Red denotes emergencies and fire.
And Red also happens to be the name of one of the slickest eateries in Hong Kong - Red Bar and Restaurant.

This place is red hot. Located on a terrace beneath the towering silhouette of the Two International Finance Centre (ifc), Red Bar and Restaurant is undoubtedly one of the best locations for a drink. With Hong Kong’s tallest building looming over the outside sitting area and 360 degrees of panoramic beauty on hand, there is an almost apocalyptic vibe to this place. As you bathe in the elegance and sip on luxurious cocktails, you cannot help but feel Godly. The food is top-notch, the service fast, and the drinks are enough to make even the most discerning alcoholic happy. There is even live jazz every Thursday from 10pm-1am. Additionally, the unique location enhances every single aspect of this funky eatery.

Worldly chef Lee Kin Pong serves up a rich mixture of fused flavours delivering first-rate Californian cuisine. Items such as Chilean Seabass and noodle-wrapped Crispy Prawns will have you watering at the mouth. And with California being the health capital of the world, there is also a nutritious wholesome menu that is low in calories, but not low in flavour. As expected with a place like this, there is a wide selection of cocktails, beer, wine and even special fresh juices and smoothies for the more health-conscious.

Red indicates stoppage in traffic, so why not take a break and enjoy a small sojourn at Red Bar and Restaurant - you won’t be disappointed.
