Being the only destination-resort spa in Hong Kong, the Victorian spa at the Disneyland Hotel is truly in a class of it’s own. Overseen by the Paua Spa Group, both the treatments and the facilities are a far cry from Mickey and his gimmicky friends, leaving the therapists to concentrate on the little things that matter most. Fit for a king - or even a fairy tale princess - the luxurious 1,240 square meter spa offers revitalising state of the art treatments from around the world.
Right now, treatments are just click away with so check out the list of available remedies online. There are a whopping 10 treatment rooms - including 3 double rooms. Inspired by nature, each room is named after a holistic plant or herbal flower, with the corresponding scent enveloping each room. For a spa, the décor is unsurpassed with brass and marble accoutrements, luxuriant Victorian baths, and natural outdoor surroundings that make this more of a resort than a simple pampering facility. There is a gym with TV screens (playing the Disney channel, of course), a hair salon, tennis courts, as well as indoor and outdoor swimming pools - oh and there is even a relaxation area (just in case you’re not relaxed enough after all this).
In addition to all this, the spa also now offers alfresco treatments, done outside by the poolside. Although it may not exactly be a Thai resort, there is a basic selection of massages on offer and these can are done in the private comfort of a cute poolside cabana. Moreover, if an in-spa treatment is booked on the same day, visitors will be able to get this poolside treatment refunded to them - in essence; a free massage!
