FINDS is a slick restaurant and bar located on the top of Lan Kwai Fong. The name stands for Finland, Iceland, Norway, Denmark and Sweden and they serve signature dishes from the whole region. They specialise in fine dining, funky entertainment, and fine enjoyable drinking with scapas (Scandinavia tapas snacks) to boot. The décor could be described as icy-cool with flowing whites, light blues and dim romantic lighting – easily one of the best designed outlets in Lan Kwai Fong. Signature dishes include silver cod with faroe shrimp cream and roasted wild duck with ginger sauce. Although they are experienced with their food, FINDS is equally popular as a bar offering up signature Scandinavian vodka concoctions, champagne cocktails and a erudite selection of wine – all of which can be enjoyed in the comfort of their dazzling outdoor patio.
