Post More Great Content, Get More Business

Travelers use Synotrip to help plan their trip. Some of them look for tour guides directly, but many of them research attractions and destinations first.

The best way to get your potential customers to notice you is to post content on the topics they're interested in. For example, if you're a Beijing-based tour guide, why not post about major Beijing tourist attractions like Tiananmen Square?

Plus, for each piece of content you add, you get a point. The more points you have, the higher you go in on the tour guide lists.

All content that is posted on Synotrip is reviewed by a moderator to ensure that it meets our content quality guidelines.

Content Types Explained

There are several different types of content on Synotrip.

• Listings. Listings are for anything with a physical address such as restaurants, museums, hotels, parks and historical attractions.
• Articles. Articles are more general. You might want to write an Article about the culture of your country, amazing food or tips on how to get the best deals in your city.
• Photos. This one should be self-explanatory.
• Tours. If you provide tour packages for groups or individuals, you should list them as Tours.
• Reviews. You can add your own Review to any Listing.

What Content Works Best?

The best way to answer this question is to ask yourself "What would my customers want to read about?" In other words, it's best to post content that your future customers find genuinely interesting.

Here are some ideas to get you started:

• What is a really interesting place in your city that most people haven't heard about? Post a Listing of it.
• Have any great photos of past trips? Post them.
• What are the questions that travelers usually ask about your country? Post an Article on that topic.
• As a local, what is your favorite restaurant in town? Post a Listing about it.
• What are the top ten tourist attractions in your city? Post an Article about the "Top Ten Tourist Attractions in _____".
• What kind of itinerary would you recommend for a tour of your city? Post it as a Tour.
