One of the oldest town in Yunnan province,dating back to Nanzhou Kingdom.It used to be the old capital for the Bai ethnic people.
A lot of the Bai's traditional architactures remains there.Such
a nice place to overwhelm yourself in the
big local market full of food,dress,handcrafts and tea.

I am collecting all the info of China ancient towns, and i notice that Yunnan has a lot, seems like Yunnan is a must seen province in China.
